UX & Graphic Designer at Kyero.com

I'm the sole UX, user research and design lead at Kyero.com, where I own the end-to-end user experience of this high-traffic international property portal. I lead all key redesigns, run multi-language research programmes and collaborate across engineering and marketing to deliver purposeful data-informed design that simply answers user needs and exceeds business goals.

  • I’m responsible for the user experience across the entire website, ensuring a seamless journey for buyers, renters and estate agents to support key business goals. I collaborate closely with engineering; presenting prototypes, refining new designs and implementing iterative improvements. I also work within marketing to align all product design with our SEO strategy, integrate site analytics into designs and produce brand-consistent assets for web and email.

    • Led a full redesign of the search results page

    • Ditto property listings page

    • Launched Kyero’s user research programme, including a survey of 3,000+ users in four languages

My work is driven by empathy for users, unbiased research and constant iteration based on user needs and feedback. I am led by a belief in the power of useful, purposeful design to elevate the user experience so we can achieve business outcomes.

Sole UX, user research and design lead at Kyero.com. My design approach is rooted in empathy and research, with a strong belief in the power of design to improve user experience and ultimately achieve business outcomes. Based in Bristol but occasionally nomadic and working remotely since 2020.

After five years in fashion retail, I launched my own brand and web design studio in 2020, delivering authentic user-focused digital experiences to small business clients. I went on to complete an intensive UX/UI bootcamp to formalise my user research, cross-platform design and product thinking.

London College of Fashion grad, lifelong font enthusiast, and a frequent dinner party host. When I’m not photographing patterns or at yoga, I will be chatting with strangers on the bus about bad design (feel free to ask me about that last one, it’s my UX origin story).
